Why SynapTech?
The name SynapTech refers to the synapse: the connection point between two neurons in the human nervous system. At that point, information is transferred — quickly, accurately and reliably. That is precisely what we do for the IT environments of our clients.
We connect systems, people and processes in a way that is intelligent, scalable and sustainable. Not by rolling out standard solutions, but by first thoroughly understanding how an organisation works, what is at stake and which direction it wants to go.
SynapTech was founded on the conviction that the IT consultancy market has too many superficial recommendations and too little genuine involvement. We deliberately chose a different approach: small, specialised and substantively engaged with every assignment.

Our way of working
Every assignment starts with a thorough analysis of the situation. We always ask the question behind the question: what is the organisation actually trying to achieve, and is this the right way to get there? That analysis forms the basis for every recommendation or design we subsequently put on the table.
We work closely with the internal IT teams of our clients. We are not an external party that delivers a report and leaves, but a partner that rolls up its sleeves and transfers knowledge. After a project, your team knows exactly how the new infrastructure is structured and how it needs to be managed.
SynapTech works in a deliberately project-based manner: clear scope, agreed timelines, measurable results. We do not believe in open-ended retainer contracts where the scope gradually becomes diffuse. Honesty and transparency about what you can expect from us are central to every collaboration.
