Our approach

Four phases. One direction.

Every assignment follows the same systematic approach, adapted to the client's context. No black boxes, no surprises.

01

Analysis

Consultant + internal IT department
Situation report and project brief

Before we design or advise anything, we thoroughly understand the client's situation. That means: conversations with relevant stakeholders, a technical review of the existing environment and a sharp definition of the objective. We always ask the question behind the question: what does the organisation actually want to achieve, what constraints apply and what are the risks of inaction? The analysis phase results in a situation report and a clear project brief that serves as the basis for all subsequent steps.

Design

Consultant + technical specialists
Technical design and project plan

Based on the analysis, we develop the technical design. This may be a network architecture, a security plan, a migration path or a combination. The design is always discussed with the internal teams who will work with it later: their input is essential for a design that is feasible in practice. The design includes not only technical details, but also the impact on existing operations, required resources and a realistic project plan with milestones.

03

Implementation

Consultant + internal IT department + vendors
Working solution and documentation

We guide the implementation of the design, together with internal IT staff and selected vendors where applicable. Our role in this phase depends on the capacity and wishes of the client: from fully hands-on to a coordinating role where we monitor technical quality and guide progress. During implementation, we closely monitor scope and quality and communicate transparently about any bottlenecks.

Consolidation

Consultant + internal IT department
Handover report, documentation and knowledge transfer

An engagement is only complete when knowledge and management have been fully transferred to the internal organisation. The consolidation phase includes documentation of the new situation, knowledge transfer to the staff involved and a handover report. We ensure that no one within your organisation is caught off guard when something needs to be adjusted or expanded. After completion, your internal IT department is fully capable of continuing independently.
